Data we collect

The name, email address, phone number and message you send through the contact form are used only to respond to your request. The legal basis for this processing is your request and our legitimate interest in replying to it. The form is delivered to our team by email and is not stored separately in a database. This data is not used for marketing and is never sold. When you contact us by WhatsApp or phone, the information you share is used only for that conversation.

Cookies

Our site uses the technical cookies it needs to work (language preference, security). We use Cloudflare to protect the site from security threats and unwanted bot traffic; this service may use cookies for technical purposes.

In addition, we use analytics cookies to measure visits and improve the site. Analytics cookies are set only after you select “Accept” in the cookie banner, on the basis of your consent under the GDPR; if you select “Reject”, no analytics cookie is set. Analytics data is reported in aggregate, in a way that does not directly identify you, and may be processed by analytics providers outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Data storage

Our site is hosted on servers in a data centre in Germany in line with security standards. Contact requests are not kept longer than necessary once your request has been handled.

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format and to withdraw your consent at any time.
